My room with a huge bed, English channels, and a good TV was brand-new and tidy. I liked the breakfast option, it was reasonably good. - the setting was comfy, near nearby shops, restaurants, Sun World, and the restaurant.

we thoroughly enjoyed sleeping 2 nights in this hotel. the property was newly remodelled and clean with very-very nice and welcoming staff in appropriate customer service. the setting was marvellous, just next door to the restaurant at around 8 a.m and the center and nearby shops, restaurants and sun world.

The newly furnished and roomy room comes with a massive cozy bed. 🛏️

The staff at the White Crown Hotel were exceptionally helpful and provided great customer service. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring Ha Long, with shops, restaurants, and Sun World nearby. - It was nice that Eco Cafe, offering takeout food, was just a 10-15 minute walk away from the hotel. - the atmosphere at the White Crown Hotel was peaceful and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay.

The staff here are super helpful and friendly, always ready to assist, and the location is great - close to Ha Long Bay and just a short walk from various areas in the city.

I'm happy that it was easy to get a Wheelchair Accessible room here with a good TV and new furniture.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet street near the center. The room was spacious and had new furniture, including a huge bed. The staff were really nice and though their English skills were limited, they made a great effort to help me with everything I needed. Additionally, the breakfast provided was pretty good.

All was perfect, no improvements needed.

It is located near lively theme parks that offer great entertainment for the kids. The hotel facilities are new and beautiful, creating a comfortable and modern environment for the whole family. The staff at White Crown Hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children.
